The Power Control Board (PCB) regulates all cooling algorithms, compressor intervals, and defrost operations. We systematically trace the PCB layout to identify scorched tracks, cold solder joints, or sticking relays that cause the appliance to drop power unexpectedly or stall mid-cycle, creating unstable cooling conditions.

Unstable voltage spikes frequently weaken internal components on the PCB, forcing intermittent system resets.

Compressor Cycling & Airflow Inspection

Analyzing operational runtimes, fan speeds, and motorized air damper operations.

If a refrigerator short-cycles or suffers from restricted air vents, even temperatures cannot be maintained. We analyze compressor cycling patterns under load and inspect motorized baffle dampers to confirm they open and close smoothly. This guarantees an even exchange of chilled air between freezer and fresh food compartments.
